That file will be in a folder called device tree after you've burnt the image to a micro sd card, you just copy it out the sub folder to the sd card root and rename it to dtb.img. The speed of a micro sd card makes a big difference for coreelec (as it runs off the card), it's not the main read/write you normally see advertised, it's the 4k random read/rights (which the 'A' class of a micro sd indicates.

the dtb file is most likely the culprit, if you want to test, copy the working dtb and use it on libre. I think you might be right. I just tried using the dtb file that comes bundled with CoreELEC and that works with LibreELEC-S912.arm-8.2.5-Chroma.422.10bit.img.gz.

Il faut noter le DTB qui s'affiche (on va en avoir besoin pour la suite) et ensuite cliquer sur "download image". Télécharger Rufus ou Etcher et le démarrer. I downloaded CoreELEC-Amlogic-ng.arm-9.2-funhouse_2006.7-Generic.img and tried it on both a 32GB SD Card and 32GB USB stick by writing the image to the storage with Rufus and copying sm1_s905x3_4g_1gbit.dtb to the root and renaming to dtb.img.
